Party-ready ensembles aside, the Topshop Unique Spring 2018 collection has provided us with a wealth of stylish items that can be worn year-round (unless your country becomes icy cold in winter), and could easily be both during one night as well as go out a more formal meeting. Burberry Autumn / Winter 2017-2018 RTW Collection
Christopher Bailey's Burberry finally rises from the ashes and s After a few t In turbulent seasons, sales increased slightly. For Burberry, getting into the infamous "buy-it-now-now" formula has proven to be a great way to revive the fashion house's popularity, as seen in the latest Burberry Fall / Winter 2017-2018 collection.
As in last year's roll-out show in the fall of 2017, he combined for this seasonal co Llektion wieder Mode with art with a retrospective of British photography of the 20th century. Called Here we are , the exhibition runs until October 1st at the Old Sessions House (where Burberry's Fall 2017 fashion show took place) and served as the main inspiration for Bailey's creations.
For his ready-to-wear Burberry Fall 2017 collection, Bailey celebrated all things British, from the Burberry signature check to the working-class track pants. Rather than face the identity crisis experienced by many British designers due to imminent Brexit and other contemporary issues, Bailey remained true to Burberry traditions, visiting them with a more functional and modern lens.
Bailey's vision of the country was a rough, realistic, but artistic kind of Britain, and we're betting his baseball caps, hooded anoraks and warm knit skirts will conquer many non-British souls too.
