How to Make Lipstick Matte with Translucent Powder / Baby Powder
The most common way to matt your regular lipstick makes it with a translucent powder, such as Laura Mercier's Translucent Loose Setting- Powder, Kat-Von-D-Lock-It-Setting-Powder or Tarte Smooth Operator ™ Amazonian-Ton-Finishing-Powder. If you do not use a setting powder in your makeup routine, you can achieve for baby powder instead.
